Meet the Staff
Our program is based on the belief that our students need encouragement as well as education. Each child is unique and in our program, their God-given gifts and abilities will be encouraged and developed.

Lee-Ann Bombard
Director
Lee-Ann Bombard and her husband Jim live in Lake George with their kids, Jordan, Jacob, James, and ViviAnne. Lee-Ann has been active in our community since graduating from Lake George High in 1989. Some of her years of experience include nannying, working at head start at ACC, volunteering at Lake George Elementary School, and being a long-time sub for us at Caldwell until joining our teaching team full-time in 2018. Lee-Ann is gifted at encouraging and loving the children she works with. We are grateful to have Lee-Ann as our director and part of the teaching staff, here at Caldwell.
